Shipping Policy

Each piece is meticulously crafted and made to order. Please note that this process takes time.

It will take between 3 to 6 weeks for your piece to be made. We understand that you may have a specific date in mind for receiving your order, and we are here to help. If you require your jewelry by a certain date, please contact us at contact@vanessaramonett.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. All orders over $500 will be shipped via Fedex with insurance and signature required. If you choose to opt out of the required signature, please send us and email after your order is placed with your order number. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if you choose to opt out.

Return Policy

We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. Due to the handmade & personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We strongly encourage you to double-check your ring size before finalizing your purchase. To assist you in finding the perfect fit, we have provided a sizing guide on our website.
